  • Fast Response: Our 48-hour response commitment means you’ll have expert support by the end of the second business day after your initial contact. If we do not meet this commitment, you earn up to R20 000 credit for maintenance and common repair parts not covered by warranty or an Equipment Protection Plan (EPP).
