What is the Balance of Plant (BoP)?

BoP refers to all supporting infrastructure required to integrate and operate the power system, such as:

- Switchgear and transformers
- Fuel tanks and exhaust systems
- Enclosures and radiators. This is where most of the customisation and site-specific engineering occurs.

How are projects managed?

Our projects are executed through four integrated workstreams:

- Sales – Defines the solution and customer requirements
- Engineering – Designs and integrates the system
- Procurement/Project Management – Coordinates sourcing and timelines
- Commissioning – Tests and hands over the completed system

Do you work with subcontractors?

Yes. We collaborate with a trusted network of electrical, mechanical, and civil subcontractors to deliver complete site works and installations.
