What are the lead times on New industrial engines?

- For engines available in stock up to one week upon receipt of sign quote, PO and POP (COD Customers).


- Non-stock engines up to 34 weeks lead time from the day we receive sign quotes, PO and POP (COD Customers) subject to supply chain processes.

What are the requirements for procurement of the correct engine?

- The customer’s current engine model details, application and serial number.

 

- The customer site visits for further confirmation of the required configuration.

What extras does the engine come with?

- Different engine models come with different extras depending on application specifications.

 

- Mobile engines are either mechanical or electronic. This type of engine has no cooling pack and air cleaner. E.g.: engine used in Drill, LHD and underground machines are all mobile spec.

 

- IOPU Engines are either mechanical or electronic. These types of engines come complete with cooling pack, air cleaner and pre-cleaner. Depending on application, some engines also come with start & stop panels and exhaust systems. E.g.: Dewatering, Crushers and rail application.

Does BWP offer balance of plant and modification?

No, only commissioning.

Does Barloworld offer warranty on new engines?

Yes, Barloworld offer warranty in line with terms and conditions.

What are the available purchase options for new industrial engines?

- COD on delivery.

 

- Credit account.
